β-Glucanase
Product Introduction
β-Glucanase hydrolyzes β-1,3/1,4 glycosidic bonds in β-glucans. Yellow to brown powder, activity 30,000–300,000 U/g, optimal at pH 4.8–5.5 and 50–60 °C.

- Feed: reduces β-glucan viscosity, improves nutrient uptake, gut health
- Food: clarifies beer, improves filtration & prevents chill haze; extends produce shelf life; makes immunomodulatory oligosaccharides
- Pharma: immune enhancers, antifungal adjuvants
- Pulp: enhances bleachability
- Agriculture: boosts plant disease resistance
